This idea was given to me by my friend Amy who is doing this, this year.
For whatever reason, running out time, not liking the idea, or wanting to put the money to better use, Amy is not sending out Christmas cards this year.
Instead she is using all the money she would have used on Christmas cards (and more so) to buy food to put in a donation trolley to go to the homeless this Christmas.
This is a beautiful idea, and to let others know you have done this you should take a photo and put it on Facebook, or on your blog, explaining all of this - if anybody doesn't appreciate this they are heartless and shouldn't deserve a Christmas Card anyway!
Have a search around and see if there's a charity bin like this near where you live!
